Big Sushi!
Last fortnight, we did a podcast with the guys over at BigSushi.fm which has now gone live.
If you've not listened to their show before, BigSushi does podcasts with indie developers but with a twist - they ask as much about the games as they do about the people who make them, and their programs always make for really interesting discussions that go all over the place. We talked to them for about an hour about inkle, game narrative, Sorcery!, the console industry and a whole lot more. Take a listen. There's also a few bits of exclusive information about our plans for Kharé in there too.
We got in touch with them through our friends over at Nyamnyam, so do take a listen to their show if you're interested; and they've also interviewed Jonathan Myers whose interesting audio project, Codename Cygnus, is busy working itself into a Kickstarter frenzy.

Consistency between the parts of the story is pretty important, and we're working to try and find a balance - between making sure each part has its own feel and character, but making sure they also feel part of one long story. Just like the original books, really!!
Once all four are completed, you'll need all four apps on the same device, but you'll be able to carry a character from part to part, all the way from beginning to end.
Book 2 coming soon -- the mailing list is the best way to hear when it'll hit ( www.inklestudios.com/sorcery)

After listening to the last couple of blogs concerning the possible upcoming changes in mind for Khare, how will consistency between each of the books be handled. I am all for new ideas to improve game play, but I'd also like for each book to come together as a seamless experience as a whole as much as possible (which also begs the question will one be able to play all 4 books in one go once the series is completed?).
Eagerly awaiting Book 2 in the meantime!
